Our acquisition and growth representatives are what Automation Anytime has branded as 'Hybrid positions'. As an Automation Anytime hybrid acquisition and growth representative your tasks vary significantly on a day to day basis with a much larger volume of opportunities and paths to scale and maintain quotas on a day to day, monthly, quarterly and annualized basis. Automation Anytime offers a 3-4 month quota ramp before full quota attainment is expected. Automation Anytime has designed and continuously modifies our AGR positions with our process, products, service and marketplace analysis leading our team's path. What does that mean? This means that you'll be highly equipped to be an intrapreneur within our wheelhouse and framework of business transactions. The worker autonomy and decision making capabilities will be vast as well as income outcomes. Any technology language or learning gaps will be filled by our training programs, guidebooks and success modules. In other words, these positions are, from day 1, for the best of the best of the best. Our AGR positions will maintain the luxury of advanced intuitive and technical acquisition and growth training from the Globe's TOP brands and will include unique innovations and modifications to even the world renown brands and companies. Each member of our acquisition and growth representatives will be granted a volume of set leads per week and month and be, ethically and according to specifications, competing with the other members of the team for revenue attainment. The only expectation that we place on our highly trained and capable representatives is to work with Automation Anytime for a 1 year minimum before deciding to 'start your own shop' or 'retire with your revenue attainment'. May be a bit of an overstatement, however, our AGR positions, over a set time period and after generating a set volume of revenue with AutomationAnytime will also grant some of the technology processes deployed to achieve revenue attainment. Our commission plan with our AGR positions is 50/50.
