Current Situation:

OnlineMediaReah was founded after being on the few initial sales teams at National Positions (a great SEO company).  We, worked directly with the 'back end team'  of that company before later iterating.

After founding the company, recruited one my sister's Katy and one of my current business colleagues to incorporate and form an LLC in Los Angeles (Winnie and Winnie's sisters form Ethiopia's house was were most of the conversations took place...)

I mainly did all the outbound calling, my 'business colleagues' recruited one of his buddy's to do some referral work and Katy, unfortunately, knew more about digital media (at least at the time after a stint at ADECN (a company acquired by Microsoft) and MySpace (a company acquired by Fox Audience Network).

Needless to say, I did everything, as usual - managed contracts, banking, outbound dialed 100+ numbers per day, managed ad campaigns and seo ranking reports.

"We", acquired roughly 15 customers in less than 3 months which stayed on the books, wrote us favourable testimonials and were happy with the rankings.  (at the time, seo was a bit easier...)

Potential Outcomes

After roughly 6-12 months most customers were one the 'top spot' for their rankings, some cancelled and some stayed with us.  Customer acquisition ceased as acquired a position with Citrix in the marketing and sales division.
