M&A Package Only $450 per month!
Linkedin's Hiring service in phenomenal - however, be sure to 'edit' sections like Max and Min daily budgets. Here's an example of 3-4 minutes of advertising spend on promoting a job posting with Linkedin. Roughly $228 in ad spend! The free version is probably run on the same exchange because the applicant's quality was somewhat similar.
Here at Automation Anytime, the company, has been in a 'pre-launch' research phase for several reasons. As we, as a company, endeavour to take the proverbial next step, we meagerly requested some applications after posted the position on a global business service and connector "Linkedin". The founder of the company, perhaps, has former colleagues who are or at one time, holding various positions at the company. Kodus, Congrats and THANK YOU!
One of the features of Linkedin's job posting process that impressed us is the display of very important information about how to modify, keep the same, enhance or improve our workflows and company bandwidth / time management.
What is fascinating about the current information that is being displayed? (important sidenote: Linkedin's aggregated hiring database of 'Big Corporate Word' information is vast, so any info that you can observe from the service is perhaps, extremely valuable.)
Observed the following:
An automatic pause by Linkedin's AI limiting job applications after 24-48 hours. (WHEW!!! a lifesaver- this was our first time using Linkedin for this position and, although we have collaborated with a few 'BIG Shots' it's still somewhat new to us.) We are a start-up and forming and shaping perceptions is really important for us, now and into the future.
Out of 51 applicants only 5 have withdrawn their application. Don't know enough about the reasons, probably due to expectations of applicant to receive an immediate reply from our company with more information or next steps.
The current 'conversion rate' of views to applicants is seemingly some sort of phenomenon or something - a 15% conversion ratio. (important sidenote: Roughly 4 to 5 years ago we displayed free & paid ads on multiple 'job boards' with somewhat dismal conversion without any actual candidate conversations, hence, our surprise at our, at least in our opinion, initial success.)
Reply & Responses From Linkedin's applicants
From what we recalled (deleted hosted and saved Linkedin info before updating this portion of Automation Anytime) we found that our General Manager Role received more views and responses. We maintained Linkedin messaging and email correspondence with roughly 30% of applicants, some even weeks after orignal application was sent to Automation Anytime's Linked Job post. Believe we had about 60-ish applicants with, as noted about, roughly 1,000 views of job post.
We did, however, successfully bring on a General Manager that was discovered through another, previous business relationship from before Linkedin even existed as a website. We've known our General Manager from before 1994. Something about, like, MF DOOM's Army of Pharaoh or something. Nevertheless, THANK YOU Linkedin, we appreciate your site and services.
Out of 93 views, 26 initial applicants, roughly 11 maintained application. 2 active Linkedin messages with reply and response. No official agreement to position.
