AutomationAnytime: Telephone Sales Representative (TSR)
Our telephone sales representative hire has a choice to work with our acquisition and growth representative (AGR) teams. The role is a unique position designed for a version of the founder of Automation Anytime. What does that mean? It means that, if hired, your position and sole task is to make outbound calls and field inbound calls for closing net new business on new or existing accounts. The role maintains, however, a unique kind of training process that will lead 1 successful representative to other positions or roles with AutomationAnytime, if desired. The role is the proverbial / literal epitome of modern day capitalism (as classicly defined by Max Weber) for telephone sales where you'll be competing within a pre-defined framework with a pre-set volume of products and services. There is no salary with uncapped 50/50 commission splits on all quality and closed net new business. The role, in order to fully succeeds, demands collaboration with our acquisition and growth team members who will be working various versions of hybrid positions. As a telephone sales representative with Automation Anytime, the day to day decision capability and worker autonomy will be somewhat limited. The skill set involves collaborating and convincing the existing acquisition and growth positions to be assisted by your role in closing net new business and completing closed won deals with various forms of, moment of relevance, partnerships. In other words, the role, perhaps, if the telephone sale representative views as the optimal revenue path, includes opening and/or closing our acquisition and growth positions opportunities. If the TSR decides that that process is counter to the optimal revenue path, the TSR is free to ethically close net new business from outbound calling and our system of net new business acquisition. The TSR will be granted 3-4 months of training and initial ramp quota then be required to achieve a consistent quota on a monthly, quarterly and annualized basis.
