BEFORE I SIMPLY Give away my potentially valuable ideas and IP... I'm seeking an advisor.

Whom will it be?

After Citrix and while managing a few startups and because of California state accredited law school attendance and A BUNCH of 'top notch' attorney advice from my younger years, slightly legalistic (and that's perhaps important in some businesses, etc.).

Before agreeing to advising, there is also a duty (in my opinion) to protect myself, in the event of an inaccurate decision.  No offense, simply slightly defensive, for multiple reasons.  Once a decision is made and if there's investment money involved...  In other words, it was mostly, if not all, my effort, ideas, and my personal investment in previous startups.

A portion of that duty, is a verbal agreement, then common ground signing an advising agreement without duress or provoking or bullying, then additional agreement upon listening and hearing idea to an allotted time frame of advising, etc.

Make sense?

Idea that is worth MORE with community "buy in"

IF U ARE 1st with THIS IDEA, It's worth a Hella-of-a-Lot More because of potentialy positive, valuable and unique publicity and news stories that can be leveraged for solar, heating and cooling businesses.

Modification 09/22/2026:  Solar powered fences : Automation Anytime Stone Slab for inside and outsite climate modification to enhance the value of individual and community real estate.

People literally pay for different weather and climate.  

Heating and cooling of homes, vehicles, clothing, etc.

IF an individual pays for cost efficient solar panels or (other heating and cooling devices) the home, vehicle, etc. becomes more valuable.  IF the housing community, etc. agrees to install solar fences that include efficient heating and cooling apparatuses on the outside and/or inside, the ENTIRE area's real estate value COULD, theoretically, become more valuable.  And POTENTIALLY, justify a positive news story that could be published, displayed for business valuation purposes.
