Travel Device Edition : perpetual movement of robots or humans

The travel device edition of the Automation Anytime engine does not qualify as a vehicle, motorcycle, scooter or bicycle.  It's simply an Automation Anytime Travel Device.

The "currently being built and made by Andrew C. Graham" device carries up to an estimated 220 lbs at an estimated speed (depending on weight) of up to 61 miles per hour, currently on land in flat ground conditions.

The device is exclusively designed with another invention of Automation Anytime, the Automation Anytime PoGo stick breaking system and has a unique Automation Anytime steering design.  All designs and builds are potentially patentable.

The Automation Anytime Travel Device is designed to fit into a mid-sized brief case or backpack.

Automation Anytime has also designed ample, yet potentially questionable unproven safety gear when operating the Travel Device.

Legalistically, there are no current laws, rules or regulations inhibiting the device from movement, however, there all laws, rules and regulations governing local, state and federal human safety requirements when operating fast moving apparatuses.   For example, operating the travel device on abandon train tracks, on highways or freeways and on various streets.
