Here at Automation Anytime, we think and feel that there 'should be' corrections of valuation in real estate value and cost structure.

In other words, what actually makes real estate valuable.

In if 1 or me was to quantify the taxability of each thing, what is actually being taxed?

Basically water and plumbing is most likely the accurate answer.

In other words, off grid dwelling areas and structures is a choice for some individuals and societies.

My toilet does work, however, it's kinda old because built in 1948.

With that stated, another portion we think at Automtion Anytime should be re-calibrated and modified for more accurate real estate valuations is if a dwelling area, house, etc. has a basement.  Basements are kinda difficult to 'self-dig' without an Automation Anytime Cost Effective Digging Machine or a volume of earth moving machinery including Caterpillar, John Dear, Komatsu, etc.

The Automation Anytime digging machine is actually two machines designed for1 purpose.  Digging holes, basements, etc.

There is a gas or otherwise powered engine with various apparatus (mostly shovels) attached and a weight bench of sorts for variations in slope.  The bags of dirt are contained with another seperate machine that has an arm placing them in sorted locations.

A somewhat unique design and probabaly lower cost than purchasing or renting from the BIG NAME earth moving machine companies.
